Happy New Year!
I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. Hopefully 2024 will be a good year. With the upcoming election in November who knows what is going to happen.
With the coming of a new year we all have hope for better times. Hopefully this new year it last for longer than a few days. It seems as soon as the politicians get back in Washington, DC all the hopes for a better day seem to just vanish and we get back to the insanity of politics and how they can destroy the citizens of the United States and make more money for themselves. This country is in real trouble and we can expect no interest or concern from our politicians, at the local level all the way up to the federal level. As usual we are on our own to fend for ourselves as the political elites throw every obstacle in our way to hinder our progress. Today, tax everything and spy on everything we say and do is the governments goal. It is definitely a different world.
With what we know today 2024 will definitely be an interesting year especially with all the turmoil and crazy events happening all over the world. That doesn’t even consider the unknown that will happen. It will also be a pivotal year for the United States. We might decide in November if the country will continue on its path to self destruction with the current administration and policies. Or will it be business as usual with a puppet installed by a political party. Maybe even an outsider that might try to put the country back on a path of self reliance. All this depends if our voting system is legitimate, which by the way things have looked over the past few years, I doubt it. Today our voting system no longer makes any sense because the vote is always suspect. It never seems to follow the will of the majority of people and there is always some discrepancy or delay that changes the vote count. It is all very suspicious and concerning.
With all that is happening now and will be happening, one thing I do know for sure is that I will continue writing opinions for the next year and beyond. I have enough topics to last over 11 years so I will keep writing and posting material on various subjects. In fact with all the craziness in the world I keep adding topics to my list on a weekly basis. So there will be more to come for quite a few years down the road.
I do have a question about the new year, Is wishing someone a Happy New Year politically correct? Not everybody celebrates the New Year on January 1st. For me this is the United States of America and we do celebrate New Year’s Day on January 1st. If you are offended by that go back to the country you came from and celebrate New Years at some other time. This country will not change because it hurts your feelings. You came here for a better life and to make money, learn to enjoy the customs and holidays of the Unites States of America. If not you can always leave and don’t let the door hit you on the way out or my favorite, “don’t let the door hit you where the good Lord split you.” Happy New Year everybody!
